Since opening our business nearly two decades ago, we’ve worked tirelessly to refine our craft, innovate on industry practices and bring even more value to our customers. What started as a new family business has grown to become an authority on bespoke bronze windows, doors, shower doors, spa enclosures and wine cellars. Our Roots
The Renaissance Genuine Solid Bronze story starts 19 years ago in San Antonio, Texas. Our president and founder Trevor Markham began the business as a specialty supplier of building products including narrow-sightline steel windows and doors. Following the recession of 2008 and after careful market research, we pivoted to offering windows and doors in bronze instead of steel. We recognized the superior strength, durability and appeal of genuine solid bronze, and this decision would shape the future of our business more than any other.
Refining Our Craft
Consequently, we began exclusively manufacturing and supplying bronze exterior windows and doors. These designs may seem somewhat standard compared to the custom products we handcraft today but were undoubtedly popular at the time and were the building blocks for our reputation as a premier manufacturer. In fact, one of our first window designs is still one of our most valued and demanded today. That is a genuine bronze window with integrated muntin bars and true divided light. Designers, homeowners and even our dealer partners still choose us for that bespoke design – it’s as popular now as it was then.
After years of creating narrow-sightline windows and doors for luxury homeowners, they began asking us to add a new product type to our existing offerings – wine cellars. So, we began to develop distinct wine cellars that offer the utmost craftsmanship and value. We used our years of experience and design insights to create fully-customizable products that are as elegant as they are envied. Our Revival, Nexus, Omnia and Luxe product lines were the perfect platforms for designers and luxury homeowners to create their dream wine cellars. From the halls of California’s wealthy neighborhoods to prestigious restaurants like Wolfgang Puck’s iconic CUT restaurant in Washington, DC, our wine cellars are making a statement across the country.
We continued to refine our craft as we took on more and more projects, introducing a bespoke line of shower doors and spa enclosures a few years later. Known as MOOI today, our shower doors were handcrafted to push the boundaries of style and strength. Our design and production teams worked hard to create products that reached the height of minimalist design without sacrificing the durability or functionality of our previous door designs. We collaborated with premium glass dealers while innovating on previous product iterations to create customizable shower doors with an ultra-narrow framework – inspired by our expertise in sleek exterior windows and doors. The response from purchasers was overwhelming, and these designs quickly became some of our best sellers.

Renaissance Genuine Solid Bronze is proud to provide our bespoke products throughout the lower 48 states, and we don’t intend on stopping there. But the reason we are able to service 96% of the country is because of the incredible support of our ever-growing dealer network. What was once a short list of local dealers in 2004 is now an extensive network of some of America’s finest dealers. We now have dealer partners in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Malibu and the San Francisco Bay Area, with many more exciting partnerships soon to come. Together, we are bringing some of the most ambitious design visions to life throughout the United States.
