The luxe life
We had a ‘pinch me’ moment after seeing our windows and doors installed into this $26m property in Pacific Palisades, CA. Constructed by design and development team Eliana and David Rokach, the house is built in a European farmhouse style that echoes the rustic vernacular of the locale. More to come on the blog soon.
Past meets future
Adapting an old property comes with many challenges – but when your home is in one of the most beloved and historic parts of your city, the pressure to get it right is even greater. We worked with San Antonio design studio Design Coop and their clients on the upgrade of a 130-year of a property in the city’s revered King William district.

True Divided Lite
We talk about True Divided Lite a lot – but what does it mean? The term is used to refer to windows with multiple panes, each separated by genuine muntin bars. The result is a segmented, glazed unit that offers unique light refraction characteristics and less glare. TDL windows are also structurally stronger, and can be engineered for reduced weight.
