At the heart of the 5,000-square-foot space stands a striking glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine cellar, serving both as a dramatic centrepiece and a showcase for the restaurant’s extensive wine collection. This defining feature is complemented by a spacious central bar, a main dining room with seating for 150 guests, and a thoughtfully designed kitchen centered around wood-fired ovens.
