A natural problem solver and skilled craftsman in his own right, Trevor founded Renaissance Genuine Solid bronze in 2004 and is still the driving force behind everything we do today. His attention to detail and obsession with quality mean he is intimately involved with our product development process – few products leave our factory without having been touched by his expert hand.

Alison Markham

Operations Manager

A details person with an eye for design and a passion for travel, Alison’s role as Operations Manager means she’s responsible for streamlining our manufacturing and administration processes in order to deliver prompt, professional service for our clients.

Naomi Markham

Sales Manager

Naomi’s natural affinity for style translates to boundless enthusiasm for our products and the inspirational projects we’re lucky to be entrusted with. She’s a passionate ambassador for Renaissance with a genuine desire to deliver excellence.

John Markham

Architectural Sales Consultant

With significant expertise in the design sector, John shares Trevor’s passion for quality craftsmanship. Detail-oriented and meticulous, as our Architectural Sales Co-ordinator he loves nothing more than getting under the skin of a deluxe project.

Thomas Getzen

Controller

Born and raised in San Antonio, Thomas is our Controller and has an impressive finance pedigree that started when he was just 14, working in his family’s business. A Management and International Business graduate, he has over 25 years of experience across multiple industries.

Christopher Reeve

Production Manager

Our very own Superman, Christopher’s commitment to efficiency is the stuff of legend at Renaissance. From keeping schedules on track to making sure the shop floor is spotlessly clean, he’s the ultimate Operations Support Manager.

Jose Portillo

Machining Lead

Jose is our CNC guru. He started as a machinist before progressing to machining lead and his skills with this technology are impressive. His extensive knowledge is key to our product innovation process.

Hugo Ornelas

Shipping Lead

Energetic and always willing to lend a hand, Shipping Lead Hugh has the important task of making sure our products go out promptly, and arrive in pristine condition.

Michael Morris

Assembly Team Lead

Having spent 19 years in manufacturing with the global efficiency leaders at Toyota, Michael brings a wealth of expertise that helps to refine and streamline our assembly processes, with a keen eye for detail that is helping our team to evolve and develop every day.

Jose Garcia

Service Technician / Installation Consultant

What Jose doesn’t know about Renaissance products isn’t worth knowing – he travels all over the US servicing our products, while providing remote and in-person support to installers that helps to ensure flawless outcomes every single time.

Jerome V Smith III

Drafting Support

A New Jersey native turned Texas resident, Jerome is a licensed engineer and brings top-tier design and CAD skills to our drafting department. He’s a ball of enthusiasm and always ready to lend a hand.

Emma Garcia

Sales Support

With an extensive background in the window manufacturing industry, Emma brings a rich seam of knowledge to her role in sales support and is ideally-placed to answer technical questions from our customers. She’s a first point of contact for our dealers when they need a quote.

Carlos Esparza

Technical Product Support

Carlos is our Technical Product Support expert and something of a whiz on CAD technology, producing high quality shop drawings and elevations in record time. He also has a strong interest in systems development and making our processes better.

Inside Sales Support

Born and raised on the Texas coast, Erick is a self-confessed beach lover and is happiest outdoors. An experienced salesman, he has a flair for computer-aided design that’s invaluable for bringing the customer vision to life.

Hayden Beachamp

Systems Development

Hayden has a strong background in military modeling and simulations and applies these precision skills to his role in Systems Development, making us more effective and efficient by the day. It’s not a surprise that such a strategic thinker is a huge fan of the Rubik’s cube!
